01 · Scope
What these policies cover
The July 2026 document addresses enrollment in Vision to Victory programs, training and memberships. Your written program scope should identify the sessions, deliverables, deadlines and payment arrangements that apply to your enrollment.
Viewing this page or downloading the document for review does not enroll you in a paid program or record your acceptance. Paid program terms apply to a separately confirmed enrollment.
Optional preparation stays optional.
The complimentary introductory conversation and current portal worksheets are preparation tools. Leaving an optional worksheet blank carries no participation penalty. Required assignments in an enrolled paid program should be identified separately in that program’s written scope.
The website privacy information explains how inquiries and portal records are handled. The referral program has its own consultation-credit terms.
02 · Working together
Participation & conduct
Programs support professional development, collaboration, funding strategy and organizational capacity. For an enrolled program, the source document expects participants to:
- Attend the scheduled live or recorded sessions.
- Stay active in required assignments and complete the agreed deliverables and deadlines.
- Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants.
- Keep peer and organizational information shared during sessions confidential.
The document allows removal for unmet program requirements, payment obligations, or unprofessional or disruptive behavior. It also states that removal does not relieve financial commitments already incurred. Any cancellation or termination fee needs the written clarification below.
03 · Program resources
Materials & program changes
Program materials are for personal, educational use. Sharing, distributing, reproducing or reselling them requires written permission. The source document reserves their intellectual property to Vision to Victory Consulting.
The document permits changes to program content, schedules and delivery methods to maintain quality and relevance. Prices and future course offerings may also change. Confirm the current offering and your written enrollment arrangements before purchasing.
04 · Your enrollment
Payments
Fees are due at enrollment unless a different arrangement is specified in writing. Where a payment plan is offered, it must be completed as agreed to retain program access.
Before paying, confirm the total price, any payment-plan schedule, the applicable cancellation or termination fee, and what happens to amounts already paid. Keep a copy of those written terms with your enrollment records.
05 · Please read before enrolling
Cancellation & fee clarification
Financial terms need written clarification
The July 2026 document uses two different fee calculations: section 5 states 50% of the remaining program balance for cancellation or removal, while section 6 states at least 50% of the total program cost following termination.
Ask info@vtvc.net to confirm which fee applies to your program and the refund treatment in writing before enrolling. This guide does not select either calculation as your agreed fee.
The seven-day cancellation-fee waiver
The source document says new enrollees may submit a written cancellation request to info@vtvc.net within the first seven calendar days following enrollment. If received within that period, the cancellation fee is waived.
A fee waiver does not itself promise a refund of payments. The document does not specify the refund treatment for that seven-day period, so obtain that answer in your written enrollment terms.
The document says a cancellation penalty applies after seven days and that refunds are not available for partial participation, non-attendance, or failure to complete required course assignments. The conflicting fee calculations still require the clarification above.
06 · Responsibilities
Outcomes & responsibilities
Funding outcomes, business growth and grant success are not guaranteed. Materials and guidance are educational and do not constitute legal or financial advice. The full document describes participation as being at the participant’s own risk.
Read section 9 of the full document for its indemnification and hold-harmless provision concerning participation, misuse of materials and violation of the terms.
Section 10 names the laws of the State of Wisconsin as governing the terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
