Your information
Privacy, in
plain language.
What this website collects, why it is used, and how the planning tools work.
Consultation requests
The request form asks for your name, email address, project stage, support needed, and a brief goal description. You may also choose to provide an organization name, preferred contact method, and availability with a timezone. A phone number is relevant only when you choose a phone response. Your main priority and preferred starting timeframe are optional.
This information is used to understand your inquiry and coordinate the next conversation. Sending a request does not reserve an appointment or enroll you in a marketing list. Finder choices can carry into the form so you can review and change them; contact details and goal descriptions are never placed in those links.
How requests are delivered
When live delivery is configured, the website sends the inquiry through its server to the configured request-delivery service. The form reports receipt only after that service accepts the request. The service may retain the information under its own practices so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered.
Resend is the selected email delivery provider. When configured and verified, it sends a notification to the business inbox with your answers and reply address. Provider acceptance confirms the send request was accepted, not that the email reached the inbox. The business responds to your inquiry separately.
The direct email link opens your own email application with an editable brief. It sends nothing automatically. Your email provider handles messages you choose to send. Online forms stay unavailable while their delivery configuration is incomplete. The optional editable email brief stays in the current page and can be copied into your own email. It is not submitted or saved by this website.
A local development simulation may be available during testing. It is clearly identified on the form and in the result. Simulated requests are not delivered to Vision to Victory Consulting and do not request an actual consultation.
Referral introductions and consultation credits
The referral program stores the referrer’s own name, email and permission to discuss referrals, then creates an opaque personal share link. The link contains no name or email and does not provide access to anyone’s account or worksheets. The friend supplies their own contact details, support choice, optional note and permission to be contacted.
Referral inquiries, consent records and any credit review are saved in the secure VTVC database for authorized consultants to review. The applicable published credit terms are recorded with the inquiry. Referrers cannot read a friend’s details or private answers. Copying a link or message uses your clipboard and sends nothing automatically; these forms do not subscribe anyone to marketing or reserve an appointment. Contact info@vtvc.net with questions about your referral information.
Information to keep private
Please keep initial inquiries brief. Do not submit Social Security numbers, EIN numbers, tax returns, banking or credit information, identity documents, confidential grant materials, or other sensitive records. This website does not provide a public document-upload form.
Planning tools
The service finder displays a starting recommendation without asking for an email address. Its categorical choices remain in the browser tab’s memory when you navigate Back, and reset on a full reload. Only these choices can appear in planning links; names and personal notes are excluded. The free preparation planner keeps its checklist responses in the current page. They are not sent to VTVC or saved online; copy, download or print a plan before leaving or reloading.
The weekly worksheet does not send your notes to VTVC. Choosing Save draft on this device writes your answers to this browser’s local storage. This is optional and is not a secure shared client workspace. Other people using the same browser may be able to restore the draft. Start a fresh worksheet removes the browser draft after confirmation. Downloaded or printed copies are separate and remain wherever you keep them. Restoring a downloaded worksheet reads it locally; it does not upload it to the website.
The practical project tools keep separate worksheet answers and checklist choices for each project type while the page stays open. Save on this device stores only the selected project draft in this browser. Load device draft or Restore worksheet lets you review it before replacing current answers. Starting a fresh worksheet clears that project and its device draft after confirmation; other project types and downloaded files remain separate. Copying uses your clipboard, and you decide where to paste or share the plan. Save to my client workspace is a separate, optional online action: sign in, choose a workspace you own, review the captured answers and confirm the save. Only that confirmed action stores this worksheet online. Your public draft and device copies remain separate.
Client accounts and online workspaces
The client portal uses Supabase to authenticate accounts and store project details, worksheet answers, organization and program profiles, impact evidence and document preparation notes, budget lines, timeline tasks, and completion choices. These worksheets are saved online when you choose Save. Sign-in uses necessary session cookies. Your password is handled by the authentication service and is not included in your worksheet records.
Unsaved drafts can be held temporarily in the current browser tab’s memory to recover when you navigate Back and return. They are not written to browser local storage. Save your work before closing or reloading the tab; only confirmed online saves are available on another device. Signing out clears draft recovery.
Workspaces start private to your account. Choosing to share a workspace gives authorized Vision to Victory consultants access to its entire contents for review and editing. Turning sharing off removes that access to the online workspace; copies already printed or exported cannot be recalled. Use the contact page to request account or workspace deletion. Do not enter sensitive identity, banking, or confidential personal records into these planning tools.
Printing and downloading a workspace create copies on your device. You control where those copies are kept and whom you send them to. Signing out ends your current portal session; it does not delete your saved worksheets.
Restoring a workspace JSON export reads the file on your device and lets you review its source before replacing worksheet content in your current draft. It keeps the destination workspace’s details, ownership and sharing choices. The restored answers are sent to online storage only when you choose Save. Changing consulting pathway retains your previous worksheet work.
Answer reuse lets you review selected organization, program and impact answers from another saved workspace you own, then fill empty fields in the current draft. Reuse is not automatic synchronization and takes effect online only when you Save. Sharing includes the grant profile. Application briefs and copied text remain copies you control; keep them private where appropriate.
Requesting a review stores your question and an exact copy of the saved, shared workspace version, including its grant profile, budget and tasks. Consultant feedback is stored separately with the account’s role and a timestamp. Later worksheet edits do not change the submitted copy or recorded feedback. Withdrawing a request or acknowledging feedback keeps its history. Turning sharing off removes consultant access to that online history; you retain access to your own records. Workspace or account deletion removes its stored review history. A workspace retains up to 50 review cycles.
Unsent review questions and feedback may be held in the current browser tab’s memory for recovery. They are not saved in browser local storage and are cleared on sign-out. Review requests and responses send no email automatically.
Homework assignments store their questions, instructions, due dates and your explicitly saved answers. In a shared workspace, authorized VTVC consultants can read saved homework drafts. Submitting homework or asking for help stores a copy of those saved answers and the entire saved workspace, including its profile, budget and tasks. Later edits do not change that submitted copy. Consultant feedback, next actions and deadlines are recorded separately in the private portal; no email is sent automatically.
A workspace can hold up to 100 homework assignments, with up to 20 submission cycles per assignment. Turning sharing off removes consultant access to online homework and its history while keeping your own access. Workspace or account deletion removes its stored homework. Unsaved answers, assignment drafts and feedback may remain in the current browser tab’s memory, are cleared on sign-out and are not written to browser local storage. Save before closing or reloading.
The client work hub stores imported project worksheets, approved launch-kit facts and editable text, grant source links and stages, and meeting preparation notes and follow-up tasks. These records save separately from the workspace worksheets. Launch text is built locally from entered facts; nothing is published, sent to an AI service, or emailed automatically. Meeting records do not create calendar appointments or invitations.
The private document hub stores requests, original filenames, file metadata, versioned files and attributed consultant review history in Supabase. Only the owner uploads or removes files; currently authorized consultants can review files in a shared workspace. Downloads recheck current access. Save only files appropriate to your consulting work; avoid sensitive identity, banking or personal records. Files are private and cannot be accessed through a public file URL. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled when sharing changes.
Removing a document file uses the storage service before reporting removal. Removing workspace or account metadata does not itself erase stored binary files: inaccessible retained objects need a separate supported storage cleanup by VTVC. Contact us for coordinated deletion of records and files. An upload selected on this page is held in memory; after closing or reloading, reselect the original file to retry. Unsaved hub edits are held in this browser tab’s memory for recovery and clear after confirmed sign-out.
Technical processing
The form validates inputs and uses spam protection and request limits. Production protection uses keyed hashed identifiers, counters and sending status in Supabase to limit repeated and duplicate requests across servers. Protection expires within 25 hours; expired records are removed in batches when authorized request traffic resumes. Local previews use server memory. These protection records contain no inquiry text, email address or network address. The application does not log the contents of your inquiry.
The website does not set tracking cookies or use advertising trackers, marketing analytics, or an email-subscription form. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.
